The app would not send me a password reset email, even though I definitely have an account, so I can't get back into my account. Hopefully this gets fixed because the guest account is not great either. If you decide to make a change to the pickup type (inside or drive through), everything you've entered is cleared from the form (contact info and payment), so you have to re-enter everything.

I will be happy to give you a better rating if you fix this app. I could not create an account. The website wouldn't let me do it. When I tried on both Android and Apple devices, I entered information and was able to get to the "default location" screen. I tried entering a location and even turning on my location. None of those things worked, and I couldn't create an account. Update: It worked! Thank you kindly for your efforts. I was able to create an account. Edited

The app has been unusable for almost 3 years now. I just got a new phone and I thought for sure that my s25 ultra would have no issues. I was mistaken. The app continues to not recognize me as a continuing user and it continues to ask me to fill out account information that already exists. I'm stuck in a loop on the app for over 3 years! I've uninstalled the app and nothing. There is something wrong in the coding. Can someone from DQ get back to me? I can't even get my account online to work. Edited

I've used this app for over a year now, and it's.. decent. The UI is responsive and easy to use, but that's its biggest upside I'm afraid. The prices of DQ's food keep going up, with no change in the food's quality. The rewards system looks like it updated recently, and good lord, it'll take many months for me to earn enough points for anything worthwhile. It's kinda absurd. I only go to DQ occasionally, but that may turn to rarely. It's just so unjustifyably pricey compared to other fast food.

This application is so frustrating. I've tried at least 20x to change my password to get into app in order to utilize when I went to DQ. Flustered beyond belief, I told the girl at the window, after it was rang up, with no discounts, obviously and she told me to go back in and reset password, the same thing that I've been trying forever. Long story short, still doesn't work and I even tried opening an account for my husband......
