Edit: they finally fixed it so I'm changing my rating. It isn't an update you need to download from the app store. The app auto-updated yesterday. This used to be one of my favorite apps but lately the daily challenge games (which is the only thing I did) stopped marking as completed. This is irritating for a lot of reasons. There's no bug report option that I could find and got no response from the support email. This is a silly bug that could be easily fixed but nobody cares I guess. Edited

Do you know what happen? Some of the daily challenge towers became impossible to solve. They somehow messed up on the arrangements of the tiles. My memory is pretty good, so I remember the moves, especially the move that made a difference in a complete solving. Somehow, they keep generating impossible to solve layouts where the tiles are all stuck up to seven or less moves. The layouts changed each restart, but it became impossible to completely solve. I regret I bought this app.

Mahjong full is a great offline solitaire game; or it can be played online with a leaderboard &/ or other players. Fun, somewhat addicting. Different shapes to play, like "Sombrero" & "Lighthouse." A constant mild background music would add even more interest. Only real drawback is the squealy, squawky chime that sounds every time a match is made. I would like the option to reshuffle remaining tiles in the Daily Challenge game. Relaxes my brain quite nicely. Stepstone :-) Edited

1.99 seems a fair price for no ads but the game itself is pretty basic it's clear that the shape is set but the arrangement of the blocks is random. Additionally unlike almost every version of this I've ever played the tiles only stack one on top of the other, so you don't get a situation where one tile is blocking four underneath.

Definitely worth the money to have zero ads. BIGGEST problem is that the tiles are super tiny and hard to see or touch it you are older like me. had I known that the tiles would be so hard for me to see I wouldn't have paid for it
