I've been using Chime for years, and it's such a great banking app. No transfer fees, no overdraft fees, fee-free atms all over the place, direct deposit is lightning fast, and the user interface is fairly manageable. The one issue I've had recently, I'm not sure if it was with the last update but, there's a glitch where if I transfer a certain amount of money, chime transfers it twice, although I only did one transfer. Please fix. Edited

Not an accurate reflection of account activity. Personal experiences: Account will be refunded, and the next day, it dissappears, or I'm waiting on a refund & 2 wks later the app still doesn't show it nor my funds but a team member confirms I received it after only 3 days. I've had disputes not show, transactions missing for entire months, and more. Not only do I not recommend the Chime app, but I don't recommend this online banking platform. If ever there is an issue...!!! Edited

I have used Chime for years. It's a great way to help balance and stay on top of your finances and credit. Thera just one problem, it is ridiculous that you are not allowed to get a completed direct deposit form in an amount other than a full deposit. There's even two other boxes to select for a dollar or percent amount but you can't choose them. If you plan on splitting your paycheck between chime and another bank, hope Chime gets the bulk of it.

I couldn't say enough great things about chime, ever. I am so thankful for them , I've been with them three years I guess now I wouldn't use any other banking. they are so handy with a number of useful options. saving checking credit building spot me my pay, advance when needed. ability to move money from one account to the other at your fingertips, plus easily accessed customer service..it's all great!! thanks chime!

I didn't like that they give you a digital card when you first open an account and try to purchase something at the store and it asks you for a pin which it never asked to set up when opening an account . It's a little frustrating because when you call to speak to someone you speak to an AI. Please be more specific on how the digital card will work. Edited
