Sound fine for what they are so far and connect ok. But not having volume controls is a bit of a dealbreaker for tws. Phone is still on me like normal headphones. Skips are pretty much useless in my case when listening to music streams. Try adding skips for long taps and quick taps for volume changes something. Just skips and voice assistance is a bit annoying and limited. Posted here as its not a physical issue and the tech is there but software lacking. Edited

The Bud battery level prompt is a mess and really unresponsive. It often disconnects for no reason and I shouldn't have to put the buds into the case for it to connect. Keep in mind through my experience, you cannot connect to just the bud without the case open and inside. Please continue to optimize the app to not just the newer OnePlus devices, but oh I don't know the ones released last year? I'm starting to get jealous of the flawless Apple ecosystem. Edited

Buds worked great the last 4 months. Within the last few days the call volume has become so faint that it has essentially disappeared. What happened? Since I'm not the only person complaining about this, I assume this is caused by a recent update. Seems to me that incoming call would be a basic function that should be tested before rolling out an update. Another example of how OnePlus has fallen from its glory days.

Would like to write a review about this app.......if it would activate when the headphones connect. I'm having issues with that alone, they won't even pair when I open the case and I just got them 30 MINS AGO!!!! Are you kidding me!? By some miracle I was able to connect them, but my phone (OnePlus 8) won't even recognize them for what they are. It thinks it's just another headphone. Ridiculous

The app is good, but it lacks so much I mean the original OnePlus buds should have controls that mimick the razer hammer head true wireless or basically anything that's not just two controls. Also there should be an option to save audio presets or presets like bass boost, treble focus for like pop music. Legit it's been like 3 months and they haven't fixed a simple firmware issue just add more custom controls.
