Another babystep in the correct direction, HA's are disconnecting less. HA's are correctly syncing more often when getting a regular call so I can take/listen to phone calls through my hearing aids. At times I have to go to speaker when getting a regular call. When getting a call through WhatsApp they sync perfectly. I have a Samsung A25 which utilizes Android 14 for its operating system. Edited

Constantly disconnects and reconnects, whether you're in a phone call or listening to music. Prior version did as well, but this version is way worse! I've used this with different Samsung phones and replacement hearing aids with the same results. Also, this app seemed to cause a lag on my phone. When I uninstalled the app, my phone was much faster. Overall, my Phonak hearing aids worked much better and were more reliable. I will be switching back to them with my next set. Edited

Over the last week the "new" Oticon Companion app failed 8x to pick up and adjust hearing aids. The old Oticon On worked much better over the last year. Both fail to give the user sufficient control over the hearing aids and I have to go back to the seller, in this case Kaiser Northern California. My left hearing aid now has almost no volume and no way to do a default reset or restore volume. Very disappointed in the current app and not happy about the fairly expensive hearing aids either. Lots of BT sound hiccups when trying to play audio via the Connect clip. The old app never had this issue. A phone restart, connectclip restart, and not a hearing aid restart helped. This needs to go back through QA especially with flagship Android phones. UPDATE: Issue still happening --- I can swipe the app closed and the issue STOPS happening. This means the HAs, once BT connected, are stable. However, if the app is ALSO running, it disrupts the connection. Please fix! Edited

It is amazing the difference my new hearing aids make. I can hear everything so much clearer now compared to all sounds being muffled. They are very comfortable, plus they have a great charging system. The charge lasts for more than a day, listening to music and listening to my online classes. It was very easy to set up. Dr. Jennifer Hartze, along with everyone else, is amazing. I would recommend Vibrant Hearing to anyone and rate them number one in the country.
