I love how the app shows children which direction to form cursive letters in. Its colourful and the prize drawings are motivating. My criticisms are (1) letter sounds are not pronounced purely, they say "cUH" for C. (2) You start with 5 stars and lose a star for each error, my children have found this disheartening. It would be better to start with no stars and gain a star for each correct section with a little room for going slightly off the line. (3) The 1 star message tone is negative.
