The app is not what's shown in the images. It's just alarms and history, no other functions. You can't set meds to be taken at certain intervals; you need to establish specific times. And you can't have different schedules for different days of the week. It doesn't have an option for meds you need to take every other day or less. And of course, no option for meds with cycles (21/7 and similar), because the developers are MEN.

There's not much point having a reminder app if it doesn't actually send notifications. (yes it is turned on). The only time the notification came up was when I opened the app. That is pointless.

as of right now, 2/18/2026, 5 stars. Ive disabled updates though because i know all good apps that are free eventually become riddled with ads, or locked behind a paywall. Edited
