I'd been training on a marathon plan I bought from another YouTuber. I didn't like their plan, as it was light on volume. So I switched, and just finished the evaluation phase, and I'm underwhelmed. I'm slow, but my long runs peak (week 16/19) at 17km. I'd expect a 17 mi long run! It claims to dynamically adjust my plan as it goes on, so I'm planning on adding volume beyond what is recommended, hoping the plan catches up. Speed sessions look fun though.

Visually looks good, but the app is extremely limited in functionality: if you don't run one of their very specific distances, then it won't even let you finish set up (10k is the smallest distance, even on imperial settings). Additionally, I had it crash 5 times before I even got to the part of the set up where I was forced to select a distance to train for. I was hoping to use this to perfect my 5k time or to train for the 1.5mile sprint I am tested on yearly, but that is not possible. Edited

No advertised flexibility. Even after adding my average paces as "personal bests," the first recommended run was 30% faster than my actual PRs. I'm an experienced but very slow runner, so the description "let's start with a relaxed session" made me just close the app and never open it again.

Great app with plans dynamically adapting based on your debriefing. It has extra features embedded such as body relaxation exercises and meal suggestions with recipes, very cool. Will continue to use it to prepare for my races. Thanks for the app. (The fact that you generate fidelity points with your runs is the cherry on the cake)

awesome app, I progressed a lot thanks to it. there is still a big where there is a 3x5min with increased pace and during the report it consider as times 5 minutes then 10 minutes (merging the two other for some reason) and the recovery as the last interval. Edited
