Awesome app, until the newest update. Now, whenever a picture is taller than the frame allows, instead of allowing you to scroll through the very tall pic, it is cropped WAY, WAY out, to the point it is too small to read or see details. If you tap on the pic, it zooms in to the very top, and does not allow you to scroll and see the rest. The bottom half of the screen is replaced with suggestions similar to the pic that you cannot see. Scrolling the pic instead scrolls through the suggestions.

6/26/2025 Update There are a ridiculous amount of ads. I've always loved this app. Great place to save all sorts of ideas and inspirations. I do wish they would fix how when you sometimes click a pin and then go back, it refreshes the whole page instead of taking you back to where you were. Besides that, I use it a lot for all sorts of things, and it's my go to for ideas. Edited

I love pinterest, but idk how else to give you feedback so. Please stop putting content over pins. Why is my phone's top info bar (time, battery, etc.) overlaid on the pin? Please return the personal notes you can add to pins (while returning the ones that already existed!!). Crucial for keeping recipes straight! Please return the ability to zoom in and scroll down on super long pins. I assume you want the content to be legible? With every update, the UI is worse and worse. Focus on UI, not AI!! Edited

The ads are getting worse, I love Pinterest but at this point it's getting ridiculous. I get that it's a free to use site, but every 3rd or 4th picture is an ad that doesn't even have anything to do with me. It's incredibly slow now after this recent update, I can't even open the app without it loading for an hour before I get to look around! AND NOW I HAVE TO DEAL WITH AI BEING ON EVERY SINGLE RECOMMENDATION Edited

there are way too many ads now. another problem is that the app is starting to turn music off, which is just annoying because I often listen to music while scrolling. and the biggest problem is AI!! Stop with this ai! it's horrible and ruining the app. it is banning hundreds of people for no reason, and it's ruining the app in general. I loved Pinterest, but i am debating finding an alternative and leaving the app. I have a feeling the app is gonna end up dying soon, which is sad.
