Yaqoot's service is most annoying. I saw a boy was playing online games with yaqoot sim fluently. Then I ordered that 4 days ago probably. Then I tried to register the new sim. But damn, their system didn’t work well. I complaint to the technical team, still they couldn’t give me a solution. Though, they sent me 2 messages on different time with same writing that they have solved my problem. But it was more embarrassing when I failed again to register for the same problem of their apps. Don’t go with this SIM provider. They claim social media usage is free, but my regular data keeps getting deducted. Even after carefully checking my daily usage and calculating everything, I still couldn’t understand where the data was going. When I contacted customer care, they blamed apps that I don’t even have on my phone. Choosing this provider was a big mistake, please be cautious before subscribing.

I lost 600 mega from my data package while using another data from another Sim. They have changed and trying to make me pay more to make me buy more data. I confronted them over their WhatsApp line and kept lieing for 5 hours to avoid presenting any proof. Since this is kept happening for last 5 months. I will stop using them, because they're cheating the records.

very unsatisfied on their network service, it's too slow internet network,very poor 😔,pls improve your connection I can't play mobile legend very well cause of the poor network connection 😞,guys I can't really recommend this yaqoot to you it's too slow connection service,fix the connection again and again yaqoot Edited

I was send to request from yaqoot app to activate my sim in yaqoot 27/04/2025 And Delivery date showing 28/05/2025 , But still I am not received sim card and also I am not able to contact any one to help me , Not any one to contact me and help me still showing your sim card delivered but not received, I Requested to everyone one don't take yaqoot sim it's very poor service, I can not explain to any word
