I rate this 3 stars because it will be better if you could stream music with spotify, pandora, soundcloud, etc... But since you cant, it makes this app pretty bad. Also its ok because it is compatible with the DDJ-200 and you can use it with it. I hope they improve this app and make it better. Overall, it's an ok app if you dont mind not streaming music from a music app.

This app has no file browser! This makes it extremely cumbersome to try to locate tracks with any familiar hierarchy. Otherwise it might be useful, but without a file browser it's utterly worthless to me. I would love to be able to just import the tracks I need for a specific event and navigate directly to them, Unfortunately upon importing, they become intermixed with all other audio files on your device! Dumb.

I have the 200 and my biggest problem is layering more than one effect at a time (like pad fx and hot cues... Why have 8 pads per deck if you only use 4 and cant assign more)... The effects dont load every time leaving you to restart the app. Android users (like me) apparently get the short end of the stick with streaming services and compatibility.

[COMBO FX] - When changing filters (left option) multiple times while mixing the "Filter LFO" cuts off the music? Like it just stop the song when holding down but the song play correctly afterwards when effect is released, this is known bug can be replicated on either deck. [PAD FX] - When using 2 or 3 filter at once it can stop the track until you let go of the effects, this happens time to time when mixing for about 3-10min on either decks when performed simultaneously. Pads and overall performance On ios (my daily phone) i use my samsung s10+ to use my ddj-200, i mainly use this device on the laptop, since on here it doesn't work so well. You can easily work on a set about close to 45 mins before the issues happen, meaning certain crashes delays. Its good, i like the portability, especially carrying less and this doing more..... But if the pads can be fixed as in the IOS version being able to use all pads that would be nice as its been a whole year....
