Downloaded and installed the program. They started me off with 2 credits. As always, I started signing up for the free account. I noticed that 1 credit was taken off my my new account before even trying out the program. I contacted the customer service, and their response was... well, upgrade to the paid account, and don't worry about it every monthyou get 3 credits for the free account. They can't even get the free accounts credit charges, why pay for credits, and hope they can get it right.

It does what it says but the quality of the upscaled image is horrendous. It looks like a badly drawn puffed up 3D vector image. I just wanted to upscale a transparent png mockup of a sweatshirt and it came out looking like this puffed up 3d vector image that doesn't even resembles my uploaded image at all. I even tried it with the enhance feature which just made it worse. Kudos for making it free and keeping it to a tiny file.

Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't! Most of the time you can't download the image after upscaling. It also hits you with a captcha when you do 3 images in a row! I post car pictures on twitter and I use it the most 10 times a day and in 7 of those times I wasn't able to download the image.... It just wastes your time! Uninstalled!

This app says it's free and for it to be used you need to provide your email, first and last name, without even testing the app, so basically you are selling your personal data for some app that barely works and gives false advertising.

Am I missing something here? The app is supposedly free, yet from the get go we're informed our 'credits have been exhausted' and asked if we'd 'like to buy more credits'? To purchase these credits we have to sign up via email upon which we're given 3 free credits ie the allowance for upscaling 3 images, but further upscaling requires purchase of more credits. The subscription plan starts at 5USD for 15 credits to 19USD for 200 credits. Not transparent at all, Pixelbin.
