Fairly simple to use. Running 3 cameras with unlimited packages, but can't use any mapping tools...not sure why. Battery gauge isn't accurate for my cameras either. App just shows full battery and then cam just quits working, so I know one of them died. I do get pics pretty quick and they are good quality, so I guess its a overall win.

false advertisement. they advertised all these features and tools. even have videos of them using the features and tools. but when you buy the product, subscribe to the gold package. you find out those features aren't even available or usable. other than that. it's pretty good. they just need to get that update out asap.

I do the copper package. So the first 100 pictures a month, it did great. They uploaded to my phone at set schedule. After i used my free 100. the next month started having problems. if I don't have the app open at that schedule, it will not upload. When I close out app reopen it for a split sec, it says. Subscribe to mobile plan. Then goes away.

Love this app so far. I'm still trying to get used to it. There are several things about this app that I like Edit: 7/24/24 This app has taken a turn for the worse. Trouble loading my cloud pictures. I pay for the gold package, and this needs fixed. Now it's alerting me that there are pictures, yet when ibopen the app, i can't tell which camera. I can't use some of the features and still isn't able to load over half of the pictures. I am seriously thinking of buying new cameras, other than these Edited

This has to be the worst app I've ever downloaded. Camera has no directions other than insert batteries and turn on. Bluetooth won't connect. Can't subscribe to a cell plan. Can't control any of the camera features. Wildgame Innovations website doesn't even have a manual for this camera. I will be returning it and buying another Tactacam. I have 2 of those and they took seconds to set up.
