Great for the rock rings but my buddy has the version for the biggest metolius hangboard and it's got all the same workouts but his easiest ones are harder than my hardest ones. Needs a little more difficulty consistency between hangboard models. He's leaving me in the dust while staying on the same levels. Edited

Hello Sam. The reason is quite simple. I don't have most of the boards so I base trainings on my board and information on the Web. But I always encourage to define custom trainings. There is no one good for all so please don't treat those levels and their names to serious. By the way, thank you for buying my app and the review! :-)

Been using this for 10 months now and it has really helped my climbing workouts. Simple and clear to use and the progression between levels seems pretty spot on. Best hangboard app I have found. If it could give it more than 5 stars I would!

Great addition to rock rings. Exercise Logging (to .txt file) and a Calendar checkmark for which day the exercise was done would be nice.

Low the app. but what is 2x pull up and hang? Do you do a pull up and hang twice, or do you do two pull ups and then hang? Edited

Thank you :-). About the question - it means to pull up twice and after the last pull up you should still be hanging on the holds with straight arms until the rest sound. This is harder then just doing 2 pull ups.
