Started playing after an ad that was completely different, but I kept it. I enjoy building my town up, but there are some obvious flaws in the game. Time frames not matching up with real-time, suspicious placement in races, clearly trying to force spending $, ingots not bringing treasure on ships, and my biggest gripe - the zoo handing out cards for animals I already have. Fun time waster, but frustrating. Edited

I love this game, but recently, they are trying to get you to make purchases to get the in-game cash. the puzzle level to earn energy for the various story missions never resets with a new story, and the levels have become way too hard to advance without making purchases. This is very frustrating for a game that is marketed as a relaxing game. Edited

it's great that there's no ads and you can build your city. The part that deserves 3 stars is the matching game that you must play if you want to earn rewards and such. the game allows you to use boosters while you try to pass the level. my issue is that EVERY time I select a booster before the game, the game sets up in a way that makes you lose that level and waste the boosters you had earned in other tasks. certain boosters also don't work properly.

I started playing in 2020 and loved this game with different mini-games to level up and decorate my level 200 farm. a company took over the new development and it has gone downhill rapidly! most of my co-op team left because of the ugly redesigns and we are left with the same match 3 mini-game for over a year now. they also got rid of one of the best boosters to help win levels. I am beyond disappointed. Edited

June 2025 update is drastically slower & updated graphics are distracting. Livestock, factories, & fields, etc. are slower & uglier. To get ppl to spend $ they should make it faster & more engaging... not slower, more boring & repetitive & less visually appealing. Played for 5+ years & there used to be a variety of unique & creative side quests and regatta tasks. Now it's just the same few regatta tasks & constant mind-numbing "Adventure" side games with match 3 levels & SLOW. Edited
