The game itself is a 5 for me. I've reduced the rating for now to draw attention to a persistent problem. I'm at max level and as other max players have stated, there are no game levels right now. Normally, max players compete in a winners cup until new levels are released. I've been without any levels, including winners cup, for 3 days. Support has been great but so far no help on this issue. Edit: I've reinstalled, cleared cache.. no change. Edited

This is such an interesting game! The story is great, the characters can be related to, and the side quests don't feel totally disconnected to what's happening in the main story. The gameplay is pretty typical match-3, with a heavy portion of power-ups to be able to win the level. But they don't feel impossible (I've played over 100 levels), so I have high hopes that it's a game that I'll be able to continue playing for a long time. So far, so good... Oh, and no ads!

The game is fun to play. I only have 3 issues: 1. The amount it costs to get more lives is ridiculous. 2. The time it takes to get another life, it's not even worth it to play side games. 3. The number of energy bolts to get through the side game is atrocious; seriously 40 to start removing a large obstacle and then more and more until you run out. Lower the amounts,being on a fixed budget means I cannot afford to purchase more lives or energy bolts.

I've been playing this game for a while now, but I finally have had enough. It's lost its appeal. playing for 3 days without winning a round, then finally winning a round just to start over with the impossible wins is getting old. my patience is gone. So I'll uninstall and find another game. Too bad because I really liked the story lines. But it's just not fun anymore!

Okay, some issues.... #1 Cash Grab. For the events, it's structured, so you only play it for less than a minute, then you need more energy. They offered 1000 energy for $1.99, which isn't too bad. Then they changed it to 250 energy for $2.99. Obvious cash grab. #2 Power ups. Not enough as higher levels make it impossible to get points for rewards. (super hard levels every 5-6 turns), and sometimes I'm stuck on a hard level for days. Needs to be adjusted, or I'll uninstall.
