app good, but payment system flawed. Overall enjoy the app. However the system where you can buy credits from a club is not secure. They can just take the credits with manual edit or cart item. This happened to me. Would be better if they charge via the app and you need to approve.

The app works well, but the logic behind open court bookings and cancellations is really unhelpful and cannot be changed by clubs. The app is useful to clubs, but not beneficial for players unless you are travelling and looking for a club (beware of local rating standards!) or only want private court bookings.

Displaying wrong stats since the new "how others rated you" feature has been released. The numbers are not updating, and therefore influencing what others see before they book a match with me. It's been 2 weeks since I reported it and you are busy changing "friendly" to "casual"... Edited

Great for finding games and partners to play padel or tennis with, but very frustrating to use. I book a court and didn't see it was set as private, and now if I want to make it public so people can join, I can't, unless I cancel the booking (and pay cancellation fees). Why can't I change a private match to a public match or vice versa if no-one joined yet????

FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS They have substracted money from my bank account without making a booking/sending a confirmation email. The customer support service refuses to give the money back. I would never recommend this!
