Content is good, but the app is trash. For $20/month I would expect a better made app. It will not save where you left off in any video being watched. Phone goes to sleep, you lose your place. Back out of the video for any reason? Lose your place. It would be one thing if these videos were 30-60 minutes, but some of them are 8 hours long. Good luck getting your spot back. I got this app to watch the main event and was considering keeping my subscription afterwards, but not after this experience.

Edit: two years later still an issue. Going to settings doesn't fix it. For pokergo to still have this issue is so tilting. Original: Imagine watching a video laying down in 2021, and the orientation not even allowing you to do so. PokerGo. Was any testing done for this app? The fact that I can't lock at landscape or portrait and can't enjoy the content laying down on the side is atrocious. Get it together. Edited

App keeps crashing, wasted my money. Bought the one year subscription a month ago. I have yet to watch a full episode because the casting is choppy and every time I cast the app crashes. Don't waste your money! Update:. It's gotten worse! They updated during the main event and in order to watch, I have to open the app every five or so minutes to restart the feed. I have never felt so cheated by an app! GARBAGE, but poker fans have no other options😞 Edited

I love the content, but this app is garbage. Literally the least functional app on my S20. Videos crash frequently, and I have to close and relaunch the app to get them to continue. It doesn't save progress in videos or have a Playlist function. It frequently logs me out while I'm watching a video, then confuses me with a free account and doesn't let me watch content (the same content I was watching minutes earlier). In about to seek a refund, this is terrible.

Frequent crashes on phone and FireTV. Just subscribed for the 1 year service and after one day am considering cancelling and getting a refund. Great variety and quantity of content, when the videos work they look great. BUT, whether I'm watching on my phone, on my FireTV Stick, or my FireTV Cube, the apps crash almost every time I try to select a video to watch. The only workaround I've found is if I add the video to "By Favorites" it will then play without crashing. Hopefully just bad timing.
