Way worse than the old pwcc app. If you do a search with a lot of results and click into one of the results, no more will load without re- entering the search and starting over. Makes it hard to look for Jordans. Also when you try to bid, it only allows a selection from a bid amount list. It will stop at round numbers like 50 or 100 and you can't bid higher. I've lost multiple auctions because I could not bid higher than the bids before me. Not good for buyers or sellers. The website is fine.

Severe performance issues across the board. I have never seen an app take a second to register individual keyboard inputs. Packed full of bad experiences that should never have made it into production. For example, if you search for an item and check out the auctions, but then tap the "Fixed" tab to see if anyone is selling that item for a fixed price, you have to enter your search term again. It doesn't just remember what you are looking at between tabs. It's full of stuff like that.

The app is unreliable with numerous bugs. Connecting ACH is okay, but only because it uses a third party to do so. The connected bank isn't properly showing when I check my settings. When I try to pay, one bank shows dupes because I tried multiple times to add. When I tried to pay, it kept saying error while trying to process, and now my bank is showing 4 large processing payments. The saved search is finicky. When I leave the app for a few minutes and return, it's logged out. Use web instead.

The app isn't user friendly for sellers. Very tough to navigate. Never find a clear seller page because it doesnt excist. Irrelevant sales from 2 years ago with pics are prominently displayed everywhere, consuming the "selling" tag page. After 10 minutes, still can't find my account balance for past sales, purchases, or transfer funds. I'll keep looking but it shouldn't be difficult. eBay seller hub is clear, friendly, without useless repetitive info Pwcc seller hub would be a great add Edited

worst at sending your cards to you from the vault they say 3 to 10 days yet 4 times I've had vaulted items pulled it's been over 10 days which is rediculous and unacceptable business. when to be asked by a customer support guy to talk to a higher up they just never put u with higher up or any one else in on day 12 of it not being sent horrible business practices don't use them
