Service seems fine, THE APP, HOWEVER... I cannot get past how UN-User friendly this app is. You can't use the back button or it closes the app. If you switch between another app it kicks you back to the main menu. If you use the home button then return to the app, it kicks you back to the main menu...the entire reason for switching between apps is so you DON'T lose your place. I'm trying to compare pricing, look at recipes etc and it's become too obnoxious.

Since the merge, i haven't been able to use the app. It's literally impossible to read my sign in information because the text is white and the box is white. I travel a lot and don't often get to my computer, especially during the weekend when the shopping window is open. It's super disappointing because I have used this service for years mostly because of my busy schedule, but it's literally unusable and contributing to my stress.

I absolutely LOVE ordering my groceries from Imperfect Foods! There is such an amazing selection of organic fruits, veggies, meats, and other foods as well as many plant based options. I don't enjoy trips to the supermarket and with this, I rarely have to make one. There are many different options for deliveries and I love that I am saving food from being thrown away just because they look funny, are too big or small, or have changed labels. The packaging is awesome too! You won't regret it!

This was highly disappointing. I used to have Imperfect foods when it first became available (they would only ship produce back then) and they were actually cheaper than my grocery store. The produce is far more expensive now in comparison to my local grocery shop. It's not worth it. Even if I deliver my groceries, it's still cheaper for me to pay the delivery fee with my local grocery shop. Again, not worth it.

It's a scam that they make so hard to cancel it's ridiculous. Don't do it. Pre-response: This review is for the app, it is impossible to cancel on the app. That's shady. Also, once I went online to cancel I found out that you have to downgrade to a non-subscription service first. I would still be a customer if that was just something offered in the app to begin with. Forcing people into a subscription & only offering a buy when you want plan when they want to cancel feels shady and a scam. Edited
