I would like to talk to Customer Service, the app is great; however, I subscribed to the yearly plan, it was paid, but the app says that my premium subscription is not current, then when I try to see if I bought it, I receive a message saying I already own the subscription, it shows on my Google Store account, email receipt, etc. please is there anyone or any place I could go and have this issue resolved? My achievements keep disappearing which forces me to start all over, very annoying. I've paid for the year already and now I'll have to look to online courses that will store my achievements. Please Fix this BUG thanks. UPDATE: So no one actually read my review? Instead you send this automated response! I paid for your app, I've presented an issue, yet no solution, fix this before I update my review to NO STAR... P.S. We should be able to request refunds maybe that will straighten things out. Edited

Simple and easy to use, but there are a couple of mistakes where the "right" answers are blatantly wrong, especially in the french version (even crashes at one of the lessons unless you swap back to english, which i think is really weird). Emails to support don't get any response, and this is while being a paying customer...

the app is good, but the price for don't have a terminal where you can practice that was frustrating. Also they mess me in the Qiezz #2, Question #8. The question is not clear cuz there's not a correct answer and the explanation is to short for understand why they choose that answer. they ask You Which one's output is different than others?
