this app does not work, it seems like they went for a very beautiful app that does not actually function properly.... The more you scroll the lower the performance of the app until it just doesn't work anymore. also when you select an item to view it the app does not properly format the screen so you are unable to choose what color of clothing what size of clothing or anything along those lines leaving you unable to make the purchase that you wanted to make... useless app

The app is fine but there could be other things that can be added to enhance the user's experience. One thing is enabling a zoom feature. When viewing full screen, the option to zoom in closer would be great. Another is to have the Complete The Look with all items that the model is wearing. Or have the model wear what's available for purchase. The shirt/top looks great but the entire outfit caught my attention. Not just the one item. Edited

For the last few weeks, nearly each purchase on the app or website results in my credit card being charged, then immediately reversed. I called and placed the order, and there was no issue. Today, I decided to redo all my profile, and each time I select my state for the billing address, it says it's a required field. I even selected other states with the same issue. It won't save. I've used a laptop too and it's the same result. Please help. Thank you, D Jones Edited

This app runs very poorly. It's very inconvenient to wait for it to load, and there is input delay when actually using it. The clothes on site look well enough, but the prices seem a little extreme to me (almost $300 USD for a work shirt? Really?) With the prices they charge, I would expect an above average app, but it's par at best. Edited

I love shopping for my granddaughter here at Ralph lauren. The bsby girl clothes are adorable and well made. I also love the home decor. The comforter sets are so lovely and much more. it's a delight to shop with you.
