I haven't been impressed with Enfamil's coupons and rewards program. the formula has been great for our little guy, but the $5 off physical coupon isn't worth the hassle of going into a store and having to go to a manned check out lane to use it (doesn't work half the time anyway). The app itself doesn't have any features I'm interested in other than rewards, and although I've uploaded a dozen receipts, I still haven't received any reward points.

the app is slow. when I check my rewards it will spin constantly. scanning receipts to even qualify for rewards takes a while. it would be nice to get electronic coupons as opposed to the rewards they offer. thankfully they send coupons in the mail. they are checks so you can only use them if you physically go to a store (not easy as a first time parent with a newborn baby. so I order formula delivery & don't really get to use the coupons as often as I'd like). anything is better than nothing!

I wish I could give 2½ stars. its a good app when it comes to learning things and checking on milestones that your baby should have. My only issue is loading receipts with enfamil purchases to get rewards. I've uploaded alot and im still at the same amt of rewards. Very disappointed.. I want to use my points so I can cancel my account but everything is sold out so I may just take the loss and just not use the points. Edited

dont even install not worth it if you think your points will be saved, worked for a month had over 10000 points then all sudden stopped working, contacted them they said there fixing it and email recipets like no u offer taking pics and doesnt even work. so its been 2 months and still not fixed, my points just spins and never loads, tryed everything from deleting to reinstalling. im just geting rid of the app for good now, points aint worth all this.

The app works well enough, but redeeming the rewards is overly complicated. I should only need to select the rebate amount and specify my PayPal account email, but instead it's far more complex and error-prone than that! I need to select the reward, then I get an email that I need to follow a link to redeem (didn't I do that when selecting the reward?) where I need to submit a receipt and a UPC barcode, before I have to submit my PayPal email. It usually errors out here. I'd like my rewards plz!
