I installed this app for ID verification, but the experience was frustrating and time-consuming. It repeatedly failed to scan my ID, asked me to avoid a white background (when there wasn’t one), and kept prompting me to move closer to the camera. I cleaned the lens and tried everything, but it didn’t work. My hands were tired from positioning the camera repeatedly. There’s no option to upload manually, only auto-capture, which is unreliable. This app needs major improvements,I don't recommend it

Sorry to read it did not work for you. May I ask what document you tried (passport of ID card, which country)? We can than try to recreate your problem in our lab.^MW

It worked the first time. The second time i tried to use it, it asks me to scan the supplied QR code, but the built in camera app fails to focus on the QR code, so the scan fails. I tried various lighting conditions, even made an enlarged photo print of the QR code, but no luck.

Sorry to read ReadID Ready is not working for you the second time. To be a 100% sure, please check if you did mean to use the ReadID Me app (does not require a QR code) contrary to ReadID Ready? Otherwise please contact the helpdesk of the service provider that requested you to use ReadID Ready since your phone and Android version should work.^MW

No rating overview as in ReadID Me !?! OK lots & lots of words........ Rating & Review section is displayed & accessible in ReadID Me app, but not in ReadID Ready ! Not what I'd call ideal when one is trying to review/evaluate the desirability of instaaling the app. I'm running Android 8.0.0 the latest version that my Sony XZ is capable of running. Edited

Thank you for the review/feedback. However, it is unclear to me what you are missing. ReadID Ready is a different app then ReadID Me, but both have ratings and reviews! Please let us know what we can do to improve your feedback. ^ID

It's not working, it doesn't work with most of the android phones it's only work on iPhones ******************************************************************************************** Please am using Huawei y6 phone and how can I get the MRZ part and the NFC part on my phone for you ??? and what is NFC antenna, kindly help me to know them so I can get the information u want for u I want to scan my ID card. Sorry it is not working for you. It does work with the far majority of Android phones, basically all that have a NFC antenna. If you provide more details on what is working for you (MRZ part, NFC part, what identity document etc) we may be able to help.^MW

I scan my ABP QR code then I get a message to say that I need an id with a NFC chip and I click ok and then it closes the app. I don't get anywhere with this app

Unfortunately your Vivo phone does not have NFC .ABP apparently only allows NFC documents in their flow. Please contact ABP to explain this to them, or possibly you could borrow a NFC supported phone from someone. ^ID
