The sounds are lovely and soft which makes it good for relaxing or reading to. The mix of different sounds with just fire or fire and Beach, rain etc is a really lovely touch that makes this app standout. Light and images seem to be gif which means they are very low quality. It's good in some ways but: 1 Interface is really clunky and not sized properly to the screen (tablet format android OS 4?) 2 No adjustments to brightness, volume, colour saturation or hue 3 video need improvement 2 Edited

Just perfect in lieu of real fire in bed. Edit: Unfortunately I have uninstalled the app when, upon opening it, I got a data collection alert which I had to accept or see the options. The options were literally a never ending vendor list which all wanted my data. I scrolled to decline but, like I said, it was neverending . So I uninstalled rather than have god knows who and why collect my data. Edited

I like the different sound settings on this. One is crackling logs, one is crackling logs and rain, one is crackling logs and beach waves, one is crackling logs and cricket chirping and the other is crackling logs and background voices of party minglers. Unfortunately you can't set it as a wallpaper, but I enjoy it all the same. Thanks! Edited

I'm only giving this 3 stars because the volume is way too low on my sgs8+ and I do have volume on maximum loudness, in other words, volume will not go any louder I mean its quieter than a normal whisper. This means putting cell to my ear, not near the ear but to it. Might uninstall. I uninstalled, by. Edited

The frame rate is far too low and there is too much ambient light in the video capture to allow the app to achieve the desired effect of simulating light from a fire. I can't seem to find an app worth keeping. I recommend finding in a video on YouTube.
