Absolutely awful. I'd give it zero stars if I could. For months I have tried using the app. I typically like shipping the online version better than in-store because you can find so much more. But lately every time I click on an item to see it better, get more information, or try to put it in my cart for purchase I get an Error 404 Page Not Found. So frustrating. Please fix!! Edited

App and website suck. I had 2 board setups in my cart and went to check out. It showed the total for both, and when I finalized payment, it deleted one of them and only ordered one. Now I have tried 20 times to order the other that it deleted for no reason, and it keeps saying payment authorized, then another pop-up that the required payment method isn't available. It also keeps deleting my cart, so i have had to add the setup back in over and over for it to continue not to work.

Really disappointed with the design of this app. Overall, it is very hard to navigate, the menus are placed in wierd locations and there seems to be multiple versions of a settings page. When clicking on notification banners for the app, the app opens and immediately crashes or does not take you to the correct page. Now, I cannot get the app to open at all, it crashes countless times.

It doesn't operate on android I think. If I could give 1 star I would, I can't access the rewards screen, redeem screen, the shopping section. If you're going to have an app, make sure it works on devices other than IOS systems. I don't recommend it at all, and it's also stupid that it's the ONLY way to redeem points, you can use the website either, they make it impossible to use the points on stuff.

Worst app I have ever used! It works flawlessly for purchases but mysteriously does not work to utilize Stash/reward points, aka money you have earned. They are great for taking your money for over priced product but horrendous at helping you out or allowing you to save a few bucks. The employees in the retail store stated they could not help other than giving me a phone number to call, which turned out to be a bogus number. Really.....this is today's customer service!!!!!!
