When the app first launched, I had no problems with it. But fast forward to a year plus later and it literally doesn't work the way that it is suppose. I get no notifications of anybody sending me messages even though my notifications on the app are on all of the time, friends can't receive any responses I send them via the app, I can't accept friend requests, it doesn't update my messages at all, and no longer lets me know who is online, in game, etc.

Mostly good up until last fall. Then they started playing around with it and making updates. First, the profiles disappeared. Next, and this is a problem with the actual game as well, friends' game details (whether they were in a game or not) were just randomized. Then chat start bugging out, taking up to 10 minutes to send a message via mobile, if at all. Now I can't even see my own messages in the app. What a disaster.

SO many errors. Friends list occasionally never loads, can't view profiles (not even your own), can't send messages (you can receive them, though), occasionally spazzes out and crashes, etc. The app is now, essentially, useless. FIX THIS ALREADY! Should have just left it the way it was, before. Then we wouldn't be having these issues. At this point, might as well just exchange phone numbers and TEXT our League friends. Those whom aren't already aware of the problems should be informed and hopefully this is resolved soon. This was originally a great app to check your profile and other people's profile, view match history, send messages to friends, check out the news and patch notes, etc. A lot of great features and extremely useful. As of recent and still up to this date (April 28, 2020) the app is basically completely useless. Everything is unable to load and can't do anything other than view the news.. lol Edited

The app has become basically useless as a communication Aid. Messages can take a half hour to an hour to actually send. It's been this way for several patches now. Profile / match history viewing oftentimes doesn't work anymore. Chat history doesn't show all recent messages. I used to love this app and use it all the time. Some of the other features work but I don't really care about them. This app was originally for messaging and that's why I downloaded it, not to look at League news... Edited
