This app is owned by UPS and they are paying below bare minimum to deliver so many miles. Like 30 miles for $20, 27 miles for $18. It's probably a good app for drivers with pickup trucks but not for suvs or sedan. There no real time support available. There are even trips where you are required to pay the toll. That's such a disappointment from UPS. They pay their drivers pretty good and they aren't even using their own vehicles and us as an independent contractors, they wanna screw us. Edited

App is frustrating. We have issues & can't get support. You keep emailing support which takes days to weeks IF they respond. Emergency or app issues don't matter there won't be any response. The app freezes and kicks you out the gps while driving so it's dangerous to keep trying to make it work. It doesn't always submit items so I've had to drive several hours in the dark back to homes to get scan unpaid for FREE. Long waits in sketchy places then can't cancel after wait time. Edited

Had the app for over 2 weeks now and I'm sick of it. Submitted AT LEAST +30 gigs just to be told "sorry we have decided to select another offer" every single time. I've been on every single day and still haven't gotten my first gig regardless that I have all certifications, descriptions, and a profile made to look as professional as possible. Why set it up like this? What's point if I can't get my foot in the door because they only want the most "experienced" people? False hopes & waste of time!

I would like to give a 5-star rating. Doing deliveries in a bigger city, the app is great. Payment is even decent. The only problem I've found with this app is when you get into rural areas. So maybe the developers could add an offline feature that allows you to complete a delivery when you have no signal. Driver support is actually available if you call them Edited

This app is okay, pay is generally pretty low. It's definitely better if you have a large vehicle. I drive an SUV and I very rarely get the orders I submit offers on. Occasionally there is a good order I get. But most jobs for SUV and smaller are $1 a mile. Which only works if you're going in that direction anyway. Also the delivery windows are very short. If you have any technical issues and have to reach out to support, good luck. Support for Roadie is by far the worst in the industry. Edited
