I used this app for a couple of years and it was a good tracking app and worked well. Over the last few months it has become complete trash! Features barely work, customer support is non-existent and ignores or blocks your requests for assistance and I have lost patience. It is no longer worth paying for or using. If you are a current user and have no issues, that is great. If you are considering using, DO NOT! Search for an alternative because you'll waste your time and money with this one. Edited

The functions inside can be easily disable by the kid's phone and i need to install again & again while the problems,last for years without fixed but i am being charged automatically every year and no answer no help supports lately but just charge. I am gonna stop using as my kid grown up and difficult to ask giving me the phone to reinstall the app, it's troublesme and not worth for paying such price

Love this app for many reasons! My favorite thing is screen mirroring! It's wonderful for my kids and also helpful for even adults needing an accountability app for their partners or whomever. I'd love if they'd offer a lifetime subscription option like kidslox does! I'd definitely get it if priced reasonably.

They do not respond! I have sent several messages/questions since February 2025, and I have not received ANY responses. My messages haven't even been read. Poor customer service.

No longer the app it used to be. The monitoring is difficult to set up, the help section offers no help, and customer support is never there. I can get so more and pay less with other apps. Such a shame because I had it ranked as a top 3 monitoring app a few years ago.
