First and foremost lets talk about how u cant unsubscribe on your own. customer service has to delete the account. for every action you have to back space to return to the main page hoping your progress went through. ie deleting more than one profile page. i downloaded this on my phone hoping to log on through my kids fire tablet.. no go not compatible. now i have to wait for customer service for a refund. which i might not get. im annoyed 😒
