*Hey CHS... It's super annoying that 'remember password' doesn't work (not allowed?) in this app. I use android, Google does a great job managing PWs, especially for little piss-ant apps not used all the time. Also, each & every single damn time I log in, after finally figuring out the password, again, it's in my face about accepting messages. I have acknowledged that question a dozen times. I'm just not convinced the hassle is worth the benefit when I'm already frustrated by the time I get in

This app was 5 stars last year; this year the app has been poor. I have a high schooler & an elementary student & I use this app for the daily & weekly announcements to stay connected & engaged in their schools/education. The app is not sending me push notifications any longer & the messages are mostly cut off (only shows the left quarter portion) requiring me to scroll horizontally but in doing so, the app freezes & I can't read the messages. Already uninstalled & reinstalled. Please fix!

This app is very helpful when getting information from my school. But the thing that makes it have three stars is it logs me out every time I exit the app and I don't get notifications. I looked everywhere on the log in page and there is no button that says to keep me logged in. I highly reccomend you add this feature so people can get alerts from the school immediately.

The attendance selection doesn't always display, causing an inconvenience when I need to utilize it. No matter how many times I try to refresh or attempt to use the website version it still does not display. This is how the school would like us to report absences and this makes it difficult to do so.

Thanks for your note and apologies for the frustration. This usually happens when there is a problem with the data from the school. If it happens again, please reach out to the school immediately as it can be rectified very quickly once the school is aware of the problem.

1st messages are always wider than the screen. Many times you must scroll right, several times, just to read 1 line and then scroll back several times for the next line - Over and Over Again just to read the message - 1b, You Can't Pinch To Shrink. It would be easier just to get emails. 2nd, it uninstalls itself when it updates - that's not helpful. 3rd, it tells me there are new messages when there are not. It would be GREAT if the messenger just OPENED pdf files. Edited
