This app is awful. I'm not getting any notifications at all even though all my alerts are on my phone never goes off. It also keeps logging me out. I have to open the app to see anything. I hate this app. Hopefully there's never a true emergency since this stupid app never goes off. I have to just open and check it periodically to see if I have any messages. It's completely awful. We are trying to get our school to discontinue use of this app. Edited

Sorry your experience is not ideal. Kindly contact the school district as the owners of all the data and ensure you are only connected to the students you should be. We are aware of an issue with the push notifications which we are working on to fix.

Keeps saying there are no kids registered to my email. The school found they had entered my email incorrectly, they fixed it, and still it tells me I don't have any kids registered to my email. There should be 3. Garbage app.

Getting 3 notifications per alert. Quite annoying. Not to mention I also get an email notification, so what's the point of the app?

Sorry for your frustration. The app is not required to receive notifications but guardians find it useful to have all notifications in one place (phone, email & SMS) as well as a place to manage their communication preferences. If the school district also subscribes to SafeArrival, guardians can use it to report absences.

The old app wasn't sending notifications so I installed this one. Same problem. All permissions are set to allow text and email notifications and yet, I don't get them and have missed important notifications such as university info sessions and grad photo notifications. I'm really upset about this.

Sadly this app is terrible. In the very short time that I have had it I have not been able to view any messages I'm not able to see my profile its as if it cuts it off and I'm not able to scroll. Unfortunately this is the app that my children school is choosing to use is our new way of communication and scheduling absences. Please fix this app. Edited
