the app itself works great, and I dig the options. my biggest beef is with the app repeatedly disconnecting from the device to where I have to power cycle the device on the bike. Which means disconnecting the battery or pulling a fuse. Neither of which is something I should have to keep doing to keep connected. It's a bad flaw that hurts it by 2 stars.

Have used ledglow for years on my bike and bikes of friends. Have never had any issues til now. The app on my my Samsung S23ultra doesn't want to work correctly. I can connect to the controller but won't come on/off when I mash the power button. I downloaded the app on a different phone and it works flawlessly...no issues whatsoever ever. I would give it 5 stars all day long but the issue on my phone has taken one away Edited

This thing has gone crazy! It worked for about a month and then the problems started. First problem is, it disconnects while riding. I have to kill the bluetooth on my phone or reset my phone to get the app to connect. Even after pulling the fuse, resetting the control box and re-downloading the app, I still have the same problems. Second problem is, the brake light feature stays on all the time. My bikes brake lights work just fine when I step on the foot brake and pull the handle brake. Now I have to leave that function off within the app. And I really like that function. Hopefully you developers read this review and the other reviews and fix these issues. I'll be contacting you shortly for a new control module since it's been about a month since i purchased this system. Edited

No connection since the update I haven't using their products since 2008, This is the first time I've ever had a problem this bad, Ever since the most recent update to the app, i am unable to connect to my bike.. I have uninstalled it, reinstalled it, Uninstall the app reinstall the app check the permissions, clear the cache, clear the data, force stopped it, nothing works It's like the app won't even see the Bluetooth controller Edited

Well I have to admit I was happy with the app at first, but recently has been giving me a lot of problems having to constantly tap on the on-and-off button for it to work, I just recently installed a kit used the same appon a slingshot and customer was going through the same thing happened several time for to turn on or off so at this time I am not happy with this app Edited
