I love this app and it saves me a ton of money with the lock price feature. The only reason why im leaving 4 stars is because I came from IOS and when I authorized payments on it, it never took longer then like maybe 5 seconds? But on android it can take over a minute with no connection differences between android and IOS, also same gas station and everything. Other then that 5 stars.

I frequently encounter problems with the app. I attempt to use it whenever it is functional. Today, I tried to use it for a $20 discount, but it repeatedly indicated that the promo code, FORMOM, was invalid. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, but the issue persists, resulting in a lost sale. I can only imagine how many sales you lose due to application malfunctions.

PLEASE HELP!!!! My app keeps closing suddenly, I can't get it to pay for fuel at the pump because it closes before it can get the pump to authorize! I've cleared the cache, deleted storage, un- and re-installed the app, to no avail! Super frustrated, sitting at the pump, writing this plea for help disguised as a review. When it worked, it was great. Now, I have money in my 711 wallet and can't spend it. PLEASE HELP!! THANK YOU!!! Edited

Up until about 2 months ago, I had no issues with this app. However, since then, I can't even get it to login. I've tried force stopping it. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but every time I go into the app, it tells me, "An error has occurred page content not available. Please try again later," I can't even get past the sign in screen. It's super frustrating. I thought the new update would help, but nope!

The reload wallet is very poor on the UI, clicked to load from my debit card and there was no change. Thought I had misclicked, so I clicked again and then it was a double-charge. Happened multiple times (it's my bad at that point, I guess). I'm going to use that balance eventually, because it's not like gas is very optional but that makes me regret bothering with the app.
