I bought the game because my Son loves numbers and this was the perfect game. In the last little while the game is unplayable. Half the screen goes black and you are unable to play it. I have tried different devices and it happens to all of them. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

It used to be where you hit the privacy policy it would come up with more videos and games. Now, all the screen does is go black and then plain white. If this was a glitch and those extras weren't meant for children to find them, then I suggest you hide them better because a 3 year old found them. He now gets upset when he can't find the extras. And yes, we paid for the higher numbers, so don't suggest that. Edited

Tried to buy this for my 3yo on a shared tablet we don't keep payment info on. Have done this previously by temporarily syncing my gmail for a purchase, but the pass feature here means when I desync my account, my toddler is stuck with the lite version again. Wanted the full version of Elmo Loves ABCs too but apparently that's no longer available. All in all, very frustrating experience.

I was thinking to try the full version but then saw one bug that crept up too often and app hasn't been updated in 2 years . If you switch apps and come back to this app, half the screen is missing/black. You have to kill the app and reopen it each time. Edited

I love this app. My son, 3 y/o, went from saying "1,3,4,5" to counting to ten (and including the 2 which was an issue for months) within 2 days, about 2.5 hours cumulative on this app. He learned to navigate the app himself. And he had never traced anything before and now he is a professional number tracer. Elmo has made vast improvements in our lives to say the least.
