Has alot of glitching that can be fixed and freezes as well if we can please fix this would make 10 times better

this app would be great if it worked. on a Kindle, the games appisode only let's you color and otherwise just stays on the loading screen. on a phone, when you click on it it says i don't have it when I clearly do. my autistic son wants to use it and doesn't understand that some apps just don't work the way they should. please fix it. I'm tired of paying for stuff that ends up being a waste of money.

this app would great if after paying 5.99 and then 2.99 for extra content or wouldn't freeze up during transition screen. please fix this bug! my kid loves this app until it freezes and has a meltdown!
