This app does crash but my main issue with this app is that you cant select a date from a drop down or something similar, you just have to scroll through them and it takes forever waiting for it to load. Some changes need to be made.

App is not working! I keep getting a message saying "Sorry, there was a problem with our servers. Please try again later." This is currently the only way to schedule an appointment while the salons are closed and I need to make sure I can get in once they open back up!

Very inconsistent. Currently, about half of my booked appointments for the future do not show. It is quite frustrating. Yes, i have downloaded all updates already.

Very difficult to find your hair salon or a new salon. At a bare minimum, entering a city or street to get a list is required. Many salon's also have trickey name to spell too.

Unable to access the business l require, keeps saying business not recognised. I've even tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. Still nothing !
