Absolutly pissed with this i paid good money for this scope and range finder, and it is not as easy as they make out in the video, i have a samsung s9 i have turned the phone off 3 times deleted and reinstalled the app 3 times and all it does is stay blank when you push pairing nothing happens at all im sending this back and buting a swarovski ds, not wasting anymore time on this package

BDX App won't update altitude. I hunt lowland whitetail to western big game so the whole point in buying a "smart" scope is the ability to adjust reticles based on elevation and temperature. Tried to manually enter elevation and the app immediately resets to 0 ft above sea level. If your app can't do the one thing it's designed for - the whole reason I bought it - then it's useless. Will not pull up rangefinder. Keeps saying trying to connect xxx model. Never does. It worked perfect much as I could tell then it made update to app and rangefinder. After the response from sig I got it to work. Thank you for the reply Edited

Please try the following steps.
1) Close the app
2) Go to Android Settings -> Bluetooth and turn the Bluetooth off and then back on
3) Restart the app
You may try to restart the phone as well in step 2.
Finally, if that fails, we've had users simply uninstall the application, restart the phone, then re-install the application.

App isnt downloading on my android. Got a new BDX ran and firmware update on the rangefinder and it deleted all operations of the rangefinder. Then tried the second firmware and it wont update fully on my other droid device. The SIG rep told me to find aomeone with an iphone to get the rangefinder working again or to send it back and they will update it. They have great customer service and products but the software could use some work.

Worked great right out of the box. Paired easily with my Pixel and updated firmware. Input the data for my ammo and easily get a firing solution. There is one feature I'd ask for since I don't have the scope: do the math to multiply MOA*Yards/100 to tell me how many inches to adjust aim.
