I love the seamless & easy flow between Simplywise's apps ~estimator & the receipt storage app~keeps them all together and allows you to set up different folders/notes/& sub folders to keep your dashboard easy to navigate! If the estimator app let you convert it straight into an invoice or to be able to send them an invoice once the estimates accepted and allowed the client to be able to make their payment right through the invoice would definitely have me all the way in & done using Square!👍

For the most part, it seems to work just fine. The biggest downside I've discovered is that the app will sometimes "forget" all the information that it just gathered from the picture of a receipt. This happened if I was trying to create or edit a folder while entering receipt information. It would forget the store name and dollar amounts that had been there just a moment ago. It's a bit too much work to be useful for my needs. I won't be keeping this app. Edited

I love this app. it works well for my needs and is pretty straightforward to use. There are some formatting issues on screen from time to time where some things overlap, but doesn't seem to affect the functionality of the app. other issue I notice is sporadic issue with email that I have integrated. sometimes the app just doesn't pick up digital receipts for items that it has before. Otherwise I really like the app. I would definitely recommend.

I scanned 33 CVS receipts to test. The app only picked up the right date and total on 2 of them. Receipts were crisp and clear. I noticed that if the month and day were before today's month and day, it would automatically make the date 2024 (even tho the date was in 2023). This is a logic error as it was reading the month and day fine. I had to keep manually updating the year. The total was more successful, but it was only about 70/30. Edited

So far I like the app but it is a little glitchy. Some of the screens will pop up or disappear. Once the receipts are inputted the layout doesn't look unified. Some of the headline bars blend in with the sub headlines and it can get confusing. My biggest concern is wondering how long this app is going to be in use because if it disappears and all my receipts go away then what? It would be good to back up the data to let's say Google or Microsoft.

For the back up, you're welcome to download your receipts at anytime and save to your drive, PC, etc. With a business account, you're welcome to run reports at any time, as well!
