Not great. Surprisingly disappointing given the functionality of the Fidelity Benefits app: The biometric scanner hasn't worked for several months. Even more frustrating is the app will ask you if you want to enable biometrics after logging in only to tell you that it's not available "at this time" and then crash. When functioning as designed it's a helpful tool. Note: there is a limit to the number of items you're able to scan to determine FSA eligibility then lockout. (No advanced warning.) Edited

Absolutely awful bill pay experience The process is absurdly manual. First, this system doesn't update if you have already paid a bill some other way. You just have to look it up in your own records. Then, when you click to pay a bill, the system requires that you input the provider details to register each new provider that you are paying. Also I ran an error saying I couldn't register any more providers and to "come back in a few minutes." It also doesn't automatically mark things as paid.

I installed this in the hopes that it would simplify my process for getting reimbursement for FSA. The mechanics works well and is definitely more efficient than doing it via the website with one caveat .... The actual submission ALWAYS fails. I get a message to come back later, but it never works. For me, this means it is completely useless and as far as I am concerned, it is basically broken.

Doesn't upload receipts. Every time I file a claim the app ask for receipts, I follow instructions but always end up getting notification that the documentation is missing. End up having to use a different app to upload docs. This makes the app useless to me.

I used the barcode scanner until it cut me off and now I can't use it period; the waiting period extends every time I check to see if I can use it again. this is absolutely bologna.
