There are some bugs to work out with this new version. When I choose "show daylight" it's showing daylight for all times even though my location is in the midlatitudes 43deg N. Also initially when I installed & downloaded the data, I got a black screen with no sky chart until I randomly toggled the onesky option on & off. Also can AR calibrate automatically to camera so that you can see accurate location of stars overlayed for daytime scouting? I'm happy AR is finally added to Android👍 Edited

An absolutely beautiful app with an easy to use interface along with huge database sets. An absolute must have for any and all astronomers/cosmologists of all levels. Well worth purchasing now!!

android version doesnt detect accessories like celestron focus motor when connected to celestron wifi on the mobile app. skysafari 7 pro on ios and skyportal on the other hand have the accessory ready to use. please help. thank you Edited

SkySafari 8 Pro launches to a black screen, and exits when you click Tonight. It's not functional on Google Pixel 7 standard running Android 16. SkySafari 7 Pro runs perfectly. Edited

Thank you for your feedback! Please update the Solar System Object database by going to Settings->Solar System->Scroll to the bottom->click "Minor Body Orbit Data Update". This should resolve your issue.

not a finished product. you are paying $37 to be a beta tester. support is unresponsive. the skysafari 7 app sends marking notifications for this app even when notifications are turned off in the app. seems like a money grap with no added value.
