I have never used an app for a theme park with such a useless map! There is no way to tell at a glance where things are in the park! All you see are trees and the tops of unlabeled buildings. Why in the world would you not make the map in the app resemble the maps posted all over the park? Any theme park map should have the different areas of the park clearly listed, especially when there are no more paper maps. The feature to upload our dining passes worked wonderfully, however.

Not a fan of the current UI. This was my favorite of all the theme park apps due to its simple and intuitive interface-it now is just as difficult to navigate as the others with items scattered around where you have to figure out how to find things like show schedules and correct wait times. The app is essentially a glorified map. If that is all you need it for then it works just fine. The ride times feature NEVER works! It has been saying "coming soon" under the 'order food from app' section for more than 6 months. The maps for the waterparks are just a pdf, so it can't even show you where you are. You are supposed to have the ability to "check in" to rides to get points... but that feature doesn't work either. 1/2 the time menus aren't updated. Low quality app for low quality park.

I still don't have all my membership points since I had to cancel my pass to upgrade. The app is a waste of time when trying to check into rides, sometimes it never registers I'm in proximity and I miss out on points. It has nice info, I wish it would let you view a menu and inlcude what's a snack, meal...etc. vs just saying if the food place accepts the dinner plan. I can't wait to see what it is they're adding with the order food part of the app. The ride closure notices are almost never right.

Great app! Logged in and my passes were immediately available. Mobile ordering is a great feature if you don't want to be stuck in lines for food. Picking a ride and pulling up directions on the map was my fav feature. The wait times on rides weren't super accurate but better than nothing. Overall, a great app that enhances the theme park experience.
