I used my Accor points for this booking, and they were deducted, but I was still charged the full amount on my card. This is very disappointing. I’ve contacted support, but the issue has not been fixed yet. Please be more transparent with how points are applied during payment. Edited

Signed up for this loyalty program 2 days back... and I realized that I am also in that majority 1 star rating population of customers. The marketing executive told me that there will be 3000 rewaed points credited immediately on sign up.. I am still seeing 0 reward points. App is keeps me logged out and when try to login there is continuous message that "this action can not be completed due to technical issue". Looking at all reviews this loyalty program indeed appears to be a scam. LOL Edited

App is not very user friendly. Booked a stay for self and family at IBIS Styles Albert singapore. The hotel is just average as per room size and amenities. Not at all a 4 star as shown in various apps. You cannot even move around for bath it's so cramped up. They do not provide conditioner and body lotions. The breakfast is ok for non-vegetarians but not not worth for vegetarians. Extra breakfast charges for child between 12 and 13 is crazy... it's either 12 or 13. Rating 3* for loc.

you've improved the app quite a lot . shame the windows browser and the app have a completely different layout now we need to work on how some of your hotels expose customers to cyber fraud by swiping a bank card before I can use a visa debit. it's not my fault you fail to allow me to use bank card to pay or to use Visa savings. now the law in Australia, even the 2$ shop in outer woop woop can do it. yeah yeah as Franchisee you take no care with less responsibility . Appalling app. Every time I try to use it it gives an error message "oops something went wrong" followed by "this rarely happens". Really ?! every time is rarely?!
