I use this app regularly. It has been very handy and worked really well for making and viewing my bookings and status. Unfortunately, as of this last week, the dates stopped working. When I select a day on the calendar, for example, it will choose a random day. This means that I cannot select the dates to make a booking anymore. Would also like it if were able to modify bookings, instead of having to cancel and rebook. Lastly, it would be nice if the vouchers in the app work in all locations.

Impossible to enter in a valid Singapore number to update my contact details. Impossible to search for restaurants in the app outside of Singapore (e.g. entering "Australia" or "Malaysia" turns up blanks). App keeps insisting i need to give it authorization for "Near Me" to work - well I gave it, Samsung Internet AND Chrome all the location access needs they require, all to no avail. Useless app, wasted my money to get Accor Plus. Thanks. Edited

Hello, After updating the app to the latest version, I had to create a new account, but wasn't able because on last step I'm getting a pop out window that a technical error is preventing from creating a new account. I tried this numerous times and always got the same message. Please fix this bug because I can't use this app for booking my stays. Kind regards.

WARNING! Fraud!!!! This app does not work properly. When errors occur it tells you that it will not charge you and that your reservation was unsuccessful. However then it charges you anyways and when you try to get your money back the customer service for this app is impossible to get through to and then will charge you again for the same stay and a subpar hotel. I should never have downloaded this useless app. They don't understand the meaning of customer service.

easy to find your best hotel, look at it on the map, etc. and book it directly from the app. Great to get the voucher for the welcome drink right there too. Online check-out and digital key are currently missing features or maybe I have not found them just yet.
