The app is easy to use, but very deceptive practice to put an automatic 20% tip on each order well below the pay option pop up. Would be good to have receipts to prove you ordered something through the app. Love the food here. App needs work.

The app will automatically add 20% tip once you hit pay, even after you deselect tip. Happens with Google Pay, not sure about other ways. Very deceptive. Edited

The location that I wanted to pickup was closed due to power issues. But this app still took my order and charged my credit card. in 01/10/2026, I ordered carry-out. The app automatically added 20% tips. After I changed the tips to custom tips, the app still charged me 20% tips. Edited
