I can't use this one on my watch, have tried emailing for a refund..I realize it's not alot..

Hello. You haven't sent us an Order ID, so we have no way to refund. In your case, you purchased the watchface from this account you left the review from, but from the screenshot you sent, this account has no watch connected, so that's why you cannot install the watchface. Send us the Order ID or an email from this account in order to do a refund.
