Phone app is not a companion app. Very hard to customize on watch screen. Asked for refund and did not receive one.

Hello. The watchface is independent from the phone app. All the customizations can be made on the watchface, using the customozation UI provided by the watch itself. The companion app gives you access to the FAQ section, support and to our promotions. Refunds are managed by Google. If you have issues getting a refund, contact Play Store support

Won't download to watch. Followed instructions provided and still will not down. Galaxy Watch 4. Other Watch faces download perfectly.

Says it's downloaded but it won't show up anywhere. Shouldn't be this dang hard !!!!

Hello,
With the last update of One UI 4.5, Samsung changed the way watchfaces are installed on their watches. Now, after installing a watchface, you have to go into settings and manually set the downloaded watchface as default watchface. Hello,
We have to thank Samsung for making it difficult to install watchfaces in the last firmware update. With the last update of One UI 4.5, Samsung changed the way watchfaces are installed on their watches. Now, after installing a watchface, you have to go into settings and manually set the downloaded watchface as default watchface.
