Look closely. It's not a 24 hour watch. It's 2 x 11 hour watches back to back. So 1 rotation every 24 hours, but no 1900. So, I'm non-plussed.

Great 24-hour watch face—beautifully designed, with a full 1–24 scale, clear month ring, battery, day, lunar phase, and steps all integrated elegantly. I’ve long searched for a reversed 24-hour layout, with noon at the top, 24 at the bottom, and months starting with January at the bottom. It would be fantastic to have this option/new variant. I see on some forums that I am not the only Pixel Watch users looking for a similar thing. Thank you for the excellent work/attention to detail!
