Absolutely the worst experience of my life with this app. Already the app Itself is poorly made and the customer service is terrible!! I have bought a couple of items and they were never delivered to me. I asked for assistance about the address problem and they contact the shipping company and they did delivered to the wrong house. Honestly, I have tried to contact the shipping company directly to change the small error I made, I wasn't able to get assistance. I didn't get refunded or credit.🤬 Edited

unable to use keypad on updated version in search engine! can't see the name of all the brands now. so if I have forgotten the name of the brand, I can't even find it anywhere on the app! this will be hard to find items of interest. takes very long to load. bring back the old version. Edited

Only giving review based on their website. Will update after experiencing the app, but regardless, the first experience was bad at all. Though the shipping did delay, but they had let me know through email. After it was officially shipped, it arrived relatively on time. Considering it's a long way from Korea to Saudi Arabia for me. The shipping is only free after a certain amount but I figured it out and got free delivery. The packaging was good, everything was securely packed.

This app ui experience hideous ! I have been trying to log in with my already existing account, but it still pops a window about singing up. And when I try to sing up, it says I have an account. I really like the product selection that si being offered by stylekorea, but they need to check their both web and mobile apps. They are buggy

I think my third order was the last straw. They kept asking for money when I have already paid for the god awful 24 riyal shipping fee even though in the app it said there was a free shipping, and i was forced to pay an extra 32 riyals again right after i recieved the package on my last order, the shipping service will milk your wallets dry atp. This review page was comforting to know that there are other people experiencing the same mistreatment.
