I love this app but I have complaints about the updates or non-updates. I'll open the app to check my appts and they're there, later the same day, checks and not a stylist will have anyone on their schedule. we have to reload, close and reopen for appts to show. Often times, appts would be canceled the clients say they haven't canceled themselves, and I for sure didn't. this has been happening the last 3 months. please check it out and fix. I dont want to switch but if it doesn't get resolved

Booksy is one the leading businesses to book and gain clients. I had some technical experiences when first opening and addressed this with the team. I give 5 stars because of the issue and not only did they address my concern, but they listened to my suggestions for improvement. I just wish I had the extra couple of weeks during the trial period as someone new to the area and industry. Overall, I recommend using Booksy for your clients, you'll love the features they offer!

I've been using booksy for 4 years. The app works great. love that my clients are able to easily book and leave reviews. only thing, when the client uses another form of payment other than cash or mobile, it's had to find locate another form of payment. Majority of my clients pay from their package. So the process to check them out it a little confusing because it has to be done manually. it should be a smooth process like the other payment options

I've used booksy for almost 5 years.. it's usually fine.. but with the newest update, I can't log in to my books!!!! Absolutely ridiculous. When you call customer service, all i was told is that it's working just fine on their end so it must be my device. It's not my device. My device has no problems with anything else!! Why update an app if its going to make it not work??!?!?!
