It's a good start to be finally able to purchase & send items for our families back home. However the app needs more improvement for ex. Whenever i switch from a shop to another i lose all the items i previously collected in the basket which means i have to choose, and pay before i move to another shop, also for the delivery location can't be saved!! This is so annoying! Appreciate if you work more on these issues. Now for the payment i still do not know if you charge as per the bank's rate?

Its my first time tried it, but I think it needs a lots of improvements more than i was supposed to, for example if u jumped from one market to another ,u will loose everything that I ve spent more than 30 minutes to choose, at least try to add my basket( mon panier) comme tout les applications de monde , c'est la moindre des choses que vous allez aumoins faire pour améliorer votre app .

First experience bad experience so far!!! It has been 6 days since I have ordered drinks from Canada 🇨🇦 to algeria as first trial of the app, if things went well will order more, but unfortunately were disappointed!The order should have taken 3 days to be delivered but instead it took 6 days. One more thing, when you pay your order with credit card, the app does not give the receipt to prouve your payment, so, the delivery man asked my family to pay for the order that was already paid by me

It takes you several minutes to put together a basket, from reading and understanding the labels ... you move, you lose all the items! And you need to start all over again. The concept of the app is good, but it's still very immature, for instance it's near impossible to find your DZ address, you can't type it, you have to look at the bland-looking map and find the exact house, which is an extremely tedious task to do, I bet 80% of ppl will give up completing their order before doing that and delete the app (just like I did)....please fix that, I will give it a shot in a couple of months inchallah.
